Meet Jack & Justin Seitz

Jack Seitz

Co-Owner & Licensed Insurance Advisor

Jack graduated from Milford High School in 1972 and obtained his Insurance license from Hondros College in 1998. He began his insurance career as a Sales Agent with Bankers' Life and then served as a Managing General Agent with American Income Life before founding The Legacy Council in 2004.

As a lifelong resident of Clermont County, he enjoys working hard for his clients and spending time with his family and friends. He married his High School sweetheart Catherine Condelles in 1977 and together they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

He enjoys working on the family 'hobby-farm,' raising chickens, horses and donkeys. As a classic car enthusiast, he owns a 1954 Chrysler Windsor and 1957 Chevy Bel Air, which can often be seen at the Mulberry Kroger's Friday night car show. He is a member of First Baptist Church in Milford, OH and is an avid supporter of The Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio.

Justin graduated from Milford High School in 1998 with Perfect Attendance and received a scholarship to play baseball at Tiffin University. He then transferred to Northern Kentucky University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Studies and a double minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.

After graduation, Justin moved to Southern California and held several sales and management positions before moving back to Ohio in 2011 to join The Legacy Council.

Justin received his Health & Life Insurance license from Hondros College in 2011 and his Series 65 securities license in 2016, allowing him to provide a comprehensive financial and insurance plan to his clients. He is a member of the National Ethics Association and has taken the Ethics Pledge.

Justin is the author of Retirement Revolution: Break Free from Wall Street and Find True Financial Peace, available on Amazon. He is also one of the Executive Producers of the documentary The Retirement Deception: Exposing the Truth about Retirement Success.

He enjoys traveling the world with his wife Amanda and their son Evan. He is a member of Montgomery Community Church and volunteers with Hands Against Hunger and Building Hope.
