The Legacy Council specializes in educating Medicare Beneficiaries on the ABCs of Medicare. When you are new to Medicare it can be very confusing trying to learn everything you need to make an educated decision on what is best for your needs.
Whether you're new to Medicare or have been on Medicare for several years, TLC can help. We offer all types of Medicare products including Medicare Supplement (Medigap), Medicare Advantage (MAPD) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP). TLC represents most of the major companies so you can rest assured we'll find a plan that fits your specific needs.
TLC offers no-cost, no-obligation individual appointments at our office, in your home or at a local coffee shop. TLC also offers community meetings in a more formal group setting throughout the year and more frequently during the Annual Open Enrollment Period.
Medicare Supplement (Medigap)
Covers costs that Original Medicare doesn't pay — copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles — giving you predictable out-of-pocket costs with any doctor who accepts Medicare.
Medicare Advantage (MAPD)
An all-in-one alternative to Original Medicare that often includes prescription drug, dental, vision, and hearing coverage through private insurers approved by Medicare.
Prescription Drug Plans (PDP)
Standalone Medicare Part D plans that help cover the cost of prescription medications for those enrolled in Original Medicare who want drug coverage.
Special Enrollment Periods
Certain life events — turning 65, losing employer coverage, moving — may qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period outside the AEP. Contact us to find out if you qualify.
